hi. i have the same issue. the video page doesnt load and is stuck with that loading cercle on the screen with no change. i have reinstalled the app swiched of the phone nothing…i emailed them few days ago and still waiting for a solution. if u find out smth can u let me know also please. i ll do the same. thanks

I have put the amazon flex app on but it would not play any videos in the flex app
So i went into settings to CLEARED CACHE then FORCE STOP and switched my phone off (hard reset) waited a few minutes and switch phone on
The videos worked no issues since
Hey guys I could really use your help. I’ve been having issues trying to play the video training lessons in the app for a few months now. I’ve completed all the other steps in the Flex driver app with checks to confirm, but I’m stuck at playing the videos in the app? I can view the different titles of the videos, but they just won’t play. When I click the play button nothing happens–no load icon, nothing? I cleared cache and data, rebooted, updated the app several times (every time they posted one), reinstalled once and still nothing. I’ve contacted support several times and even sent screenshots but they haven’t resolved it or replied with anything but the basic troubleshooting. My phone is higher end, not rooted, Android 5.0.2 has 3GB of Ram and 64GB storage. Maybe there’s a conflict somewhere with another app, but I try to run it with very few other apps. Phone works fine with other driver apps and other apps running with no issues. I noticed they upped the phone requirements now at Android 6+ and SIM card required?! Anyone running this app on 5.0 without a SIM? Can anyone please help me troubleshoot this? Thanks so much!
