    My videos that tell you how to do things won’t load and this is one of my last steps I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. Anyone else have this problem?

    hi. i have the same issue. the video page doesnt load and is stuck with that loading cercle on the screen with no change. i have reinstalled the app swiched of the phone nothing…i emailed them few days ago and still waiting for a solution. if u find out smth can u let me know also please. i ll do the same. thanks

    I had emailing saying that there is a system error and if you uninstalled then reinstall the app everyday for a week it should eventually work

    It may help you my phone is an android samsung s7
    I have put the amazon flex app on but it would not play any videos in the flex app
    So i went into settings to CLEARED CACHE then FORCE STOP and switched my phone off (hard reset) waited a few minutes and switch phone on
    The videos worked no issues since
