    Hi all – I can’t submit my background check approval. Every time I get “Support code: AM-00. There was a technical problem. Please try again.” I have emailed support and called the support line. No one knows what it means and cannot help me. This has been going on for over a month. I was told by a rep on the phone that I can’t have two accounts with the same email address. I only have one account. In fact, it won’t let you create a 2nd account with the same email address. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have restarted my phone. I have changed the email address on my Amazon.com account. I thought it might be the smlile.amazon.com account. So I changed the email address on that. Well, it also changed the email address on my amazon.com account. So they must really be one in the same. I am at my wit’s end. I have been unemployed for two months and I really need this so I don’t lose my house. Any suggestions? TIA

    I am having the exact same problem. Have gotten anything resolved? I have tried for 3 weeks to get this resolved. Is there any hope?

    No. I reported the glitch again last week. All I get is – we are looking into it. I have given up.

    I think I’ll start shopping on walmart.com
