    Hi All,

    I have been driving for Amazon Flex a few months now. On my last two blocks I have been unable to get my iphone7+ to scan my pick up items. I have the latest software 10.3.3.

    When I talked to the scheduler she said it is an iPhone issue as androids have fewer problems. Does anyone else have this problem or even better a solution?

    Try deleting the app and reloading it. Also, check for any available updates for the app.

    Annie,

    Thanks! I will give this a shot. However, I started having issues after the Flex app was updated. I went back and reloaded from the link that I was originally sent. I assumed that it would be the updated app but now I am not sure.
