On I received on Saturday morning that my account was deactivated for my deliveries were late. The day before I had 1 to 5pm block. Mulegeta first block was from Kent amazon fresh to downtown Seaattle. The one way drive takes about 27 minutes. And finding parking spot also is achallenge.
The apartments are highly secured,which requires help from personnel. In addition to that my first packages were attended ones, but the customer was not home and was not able to answer my call I called support, she told me to hold on so that she could call the customer, at the end I delivered to reception and moved on.I mentioned this to show how time goes soon in downtown. I finished my delivery a little more than 3pm. The app asked me to drive to the pick up station, while driving I was asked to acknowledge my next stops I did that but the traffic was worse than the trip downtown, it almost took me an he to get to the pick up station, when I asked the attendant there was no block to deliver. I don’t know what I would do better. I have no power on the traffic, there is a pick up station nearer to Seaatle.(George town pick up station nearer than Kent). I explained the situation in my appeal, I am told that it will not be reinstated. Though this is not end of the world, I felt mistreated and disappointed. Is there anything i can do to reapply?
